Air temperature 53 F when I got up this morning, calm, fair sky. Dew point down to 51. We used to want a campfire on mornings like this, back in the Jurassic when we went camping.
Judging by their landings at our feeders, some of the chickadees are operating on student pilot's licenses. They'll get better.
