Red sky at morning . . .
Oct. 21st, 2008 08:36 am. . . really accents the sugar maple leaves, crimson and blaze orange and canary yellow. Sunrise during my newspaper walk this morning, trees igniting to right and left.
Temperatures more moderate, 30s F rather than 20s, and calm. Supposed to rain later. Forecasters/prophets still muttering about mixing or turning to snow in the north and hill country. Ski areas have been running their snow-guns at night . . .
Two more weeks until election day. We may survive.
