Gray again

Low overcast, weather radar shows green globs in our neighborhood.

I'd just about persuaded myself to run the weed-whacker around the yard.  As this does not rank high in my favorite-things song, "game called on account of rain" bothers me rather less than it might . . .

Sunshine?

Some of the clouds have gaps between them.  What this really means, of course, is that the solar convection will combine with our humidity to billow up thunderstorms for the afternoon . . .

Did run the weed-whacker before sun broke through, with the usual effect of ending up coated with plant guts.
