Is "aftermath" a form of post-apocalyptic calculus?
Anyway, we have icy sheets on the driveway and sidewalks, but little or nothing on trees or wires, so that power and communications remain intact. Roads aren't bad, except that both city and state road folks are rationing their salt supplies due to excessive demand this winter. The chatter of anti-lock braking shall be heard in the land.
Our roof remains a proper distance from the cellar.
Temperatures supposed to nudge 40 F today and tomorrow, so we should get melting. With re-freezing overnight. And another storm for Saturday, with mixed reviews on the snow/rain/ice question.
And the silly cardinals think it's spring.
