We were supposed to get up into the 80s F today.  How come the thermometer still reads 46?  Also, I don't remember rain in the forecast.

(Well, just a shower, enough to get the roads and roofs dark.)

This is interfering with my bicycle plans.

Thursday no-roadkill report

Temperature zipped up into the 60s F, so bike riding was accomplished.  No roadkill to report, although I rolled past a couple of recent blood-splots -- guess the cleanup crew (2 legs, 4 legs, or wings, I dunno) is too fast for me.

Rhodora blooming out in the bog -- purple flowers, cousin of azalea and rhododendron.  Another sign that Time Marches On.
