Threat of early summer
May. 25th, 2007 08:37 amSupposed to reach 90F today, breaking a record for the date that reaches back to the 1930s. A few days back we were threatening record lows (although we didn't break them.) I think I'll estivate.
Have to visit the Pigeon Loft first. That project should be finished in a week or so. Then we can all move on to the laundry, which is even worse. Brick collapsing, part of the roof gone. And it was an official EPA hazardous waste site, from the dry-cleaner solvent, now officially de-toxed.
I get such lovely projects, like the cinema a decade or so back with the mushrooms growing in the aisles...
