Monday roadkill report

Not-roadkill: a flock of wild turkeys, eight or ten, strutting their Jurassic way across a front lawn on the Chase Road.
Decided to hold off on the final painting until we get a better forecast. Got out for a bike ride in the heat and humidity (hey, all the way up near 80F this morning). Fall color (colour) advances slowly, but we can hear distant echoes of the howling blizzards that will sweep in from Quebec. Another couple of months...
