Power outages in Maine, under 90,000.  New Hampshire, over 200,000.  No idea what that means in people count.

Guess that Younger Son appreciates his summer move from New Hampshire to southern California . . .

He's in the middle of one now, and discounts it. Hasn't even complained about the smoke aggravating his asthma.

Yeah, we got hit hard this storm. It's weird. The storm itself wasn't nearly as bad as the "big one" back in '98, but conditions seem to have been just right to hit the power grid.
