I note that a couple of the more-vocal senators opposing the "Detroit" bailout just coincidentally have non-Big Three/UAW auto plants (Toyota, etc) located in their states.

Not saying there's any connection . . .

Yeah, it's just such a shame that Mitch McConnell managed to talk GM out of shutting down the union Saturn plant in Shelby, isn't it?
