Okay, I've voted.  Which means that all you political yahoos can stop the advertising, the phone calls, forecasts of Armageddon either way, forthwith. 

Trespassers will be shot.

Lucky you. The only person in this house who's voted so far is Twin A, who sent in her absentee ballot (for Obama) a week or so ago.

Relatively painless operation. Walked in, seven people in front of me, got my ballots and envelope, booth available, signed, sealed, delivered. Ten minutes in the Civic Center.

I'm going downtown to do so today. I am blessed with an unpublished number, so I've not received any political calls. Alas, the Jehovah's Witnesses still visit, but they are at least very courteous.
