Firefox oddity

 Posting this via Safari browser -- can post comments to journals via Firefox 2, but when I try to post a new entry, the display doesn't show a box to enter text . . .

Huh. I'm able to bring up http://www.livejournal.com/update.bml in Firefox 3 with no trouble. I wonder if you've got some quirk that's unique to Ff2?

What I see is a weird truncation, with the title box and then the bottom stuff for tags and such, but no text box in between.

Haven't gone to Firefox 3 because some folks have had trouble with it on a Mac.

And it worked yesterday morning . . .

Tried from my office today Ff2 and from home Ff3 and from both I am able to post new entry. Now if I only had something to say that didn't include a rant about college administrators.

OS X 10.5.4 both and I'm not sure which version in my office but Ff3 -3.0.1 at home.

Okay, I just tried the posting system and got a text box -- without making any changes since I last checked. Weird thing this time, HTML option only, rather than the rich text format I prefer . . .
