Thursday roadkill report

jhetleyOne squashed porcupine on the Kelly Road, one nearly-intact red squirrel out in the bog. Thus does the Roadkill Report return from the Undisclosed Location.
Not-roadkill, the cemetery heron snagged lunch while I bicycled past -- probably croaked a frog.
Nice morning, blue sky and little wind, temperature in the 60s F. Looks like Hanna may rain on my prospective Sunday ride, so bicycling popped up to the top of the priority list.
Asters blooming through the range from ultra-violet to white, fresh since last I rode those roads. Poison ivy has started to turn red.
