Just back from hauling a load of Stuff out to the nature center, where it will be yard-sale'd for the benefit of Wife's continued salary.  Yes, this is where you question cost/benefit ratios...

But it means we get rid of Stuff, like Elder Son's abandoned bike and some aluminum-frame backpacks that haven't left the back room closet in over 30 years...
