Jul. 2nd, 2008 02:28 pmWe have been sorting that Forester-load of Younger Son Stuff into like-kind places and stacks, fitting it into our life again. Things that don't mind heat and cold can go out on the sunporch, computer things go into more hospitable locales, etc. And here we were trying to empty out this white elephant space, with an eye to selling it and downsizing.
But a couple of items will not fit into any coherent scheme. There's one sub-box that's 1/4" too large to match up with anything, in any uber-box.
I'm contemplating the chainsaw. There's this old proverb about the nail that stands up...

Date: 2008-07-02 10:53 pm (UTC)So he decided ro reporganoise by exploding it all over the upstairs of the house. It cost me seventy pounds in plastic boxes. Really Useful(TM) boxes really are... but they're not Really Cheap.
Hsaving almost got it sorted and with many four year old architectural models finally going to the dump (besides a whole load of school books and clothes he left at home) we were almost (ALMOST) sorted when he got a job offer from an architect friend in London and whoosh, he's off for a couple of months but - guess what - his stuff is still with us!
Love my kids. Hate their stuff.
