Surprise of the mildly pleasant sort

jhetleyOkay, as previously mentioned, I did a bit of driving yesterday. Refilled the gas tank this afternoon, and calculated the mileage based on that and the turnpike fill-up in mid-flight.
Over 30 MPG for the total run, down and back, including some city-driving around and about the campus on errands before the kids blew the joint. This is supposed to be a small SUV, with automatic transmission and AWD, and we stuffed the car to the gills for the return run.
I feel virtuous.
