Well, you'll note that Scalia dissented. I guess he doesn't like the prospect of masturbating to the Gitmo tapes that he's already seen.

I could, if I felt so inclined, rant for several hours about people who have sworn an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic...

But I think playing solitaire on the computer would be more productive.
