Thursday not-roadkill report

And still no roadkill. Not-roadkill, another woodchuck crossing the road. As Wife puts it, flat woodchucks never get to be fat woodchucks, so that Brother Chuck would be well-advised to pick one side of the road and stick to it. How much wood can a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck gets run over? Damn little...
High thin clouds heralding the chance of showers this afternoon, but little breeze and warm-enough (upper 50s F) for a bike ride. Earliest apple blossoms are starting to open, likewise the south-facing lilacs. Tamaracks turning green in the bog. No rhodora blooming yet, even though their cousin azaleas have been in flower for a couple of weeks.
Got the first bill for the new Subaru in this morning's mail. We'd normally pay cash, but the dealership waved 0% financing under our noses, 24 months, which smooths out the cash flow.
