Who does? Two weeks ago, Dallas had snow. A week ago, highs in the upper Eighties. Tuesday, three inches of rain. I'd just be happy if we stuck with something for at least a week, but weather in Texas is like a two-year-old with a million-dollar gift certificate at Toys 'R' Us.
