Snow relocation project continues

Another 2-3 inches of snow overnight, light fluffy stuff.  Has been relocated from functional surfaces.

We'd save a lot of time and energy nationwide if the delivery system just left snow where we wanted it...

I don't have much clout with delivery systems. UPS left a couple of boxes of books on the back steps in the rain, when we have a perfectly good covered front porch. FedEx lost a copyedited manuscript on me. DHL shipped some stuff from Connecticut to Maine by way of Salt Lake City...

So don't hold your breath.

Da-amn. You do have some problems with delivery folks. *shudders at the thought of that poor innocent manuscript, and the rain-soaked books*

I rescued the books before water got inside the boxes. The manuscript, well, the editor had a photocopy of the mark-ups...they've learned.
