We need fresh snow. The weather twit promised us a few inches earlier this week, but nought to show for it. Ski trails are ice.
Did a walk-through of the latest downtown pigeon loft site on Tuesday, furnace was out. When the roof leaks create a skating rink on the fifth floor, you know you have a problem.
