Got a new run of Sweet's Files (architectural reference catalogs) today, which means the old ones become recycle fodder.  A hundred pounds of recycle fodder.  Plus the regular load of newspapers and magazines.  Pity the poor Subaru.  Pity the poor Jim, who had to load and unload the poor Subaru.

And then I cleaned off the side roofs again, because the weather people are muttering about maybe rain on Sunday.  Snow soaks up rain like a sponge, adding manymany pounds to the questionable roof structure of this hovel.

Meanwhile, back at the ibuprofen...

I've heard it called the Estimator's Bible but the estimator at work had never heard of the RS Means book. I was flabbergasted.

I don't use the Cost Data much, as it has little understanding of the cost to remove dead pigeons and pigeon by-products from a job site...

The majority of my cost estimates are provided by the contractor.
