jhetleyRoads and sidewalks not bad this morning. "Slick roads cause car crashes" headline relegated to inside the fourth section of the newspaper.
Assortment of errands this morning, meeting this afternoon that will shape the course of the universe for generations to come. Or not. Will attempt to avoid both Shopping Mania and Construction Chaos in both cases -- difficult, as that whang...whang...whang of the pile-driver is just across a parking lot or two from my afternoon meeting, while some of the morning shopping is on the far side of a missing bridge...
Am poking at POWERS again, sixth chapter. Characters have started complaining about my neglect. They'll be sorry...
