At least locally. Rain here, snow up in "The County." That's Maine-speak for Aroostook County, the part of the state that flirts with the St. Lawrence River. Forecast is for high wind, as well, thoroughly November weather.
Been down to Augusta to pick up some chapbooks -- when I left the air was calm, sky mostly blue; when I got to Augusta it was cloudy with a light breeze, when I stopped at B&N it was starting to gust up, and when I came out it was raining and very gusty. Called home, and while on the phone had about 5 minutes of snow... the trip uo the expressway saw a couple of motorhomes being blown all over the road...
home to mixed sun and clouds with intemittent spinkles and snowflakes... and the tarp on the woodpile blue off with enough force to throw a log against the siding...
at the moment: breezy, and the temperature is falling.
