Gray day

Raining.  Gee, that means I can't rake leaves, or cut down and compost the peony stalks, or clear the asters out of the iris beds, or even go for a walk or bike ride.  Nothing to do but sit around all afternoon and watch football games while soup simmers on the stove.

Please, oh please, B'rer Fox, don't throw me into dat brier patch...
