Thursday no-roadkill report

No fresh roadkill on my weekday bike route. Although bike rides may be roadkill shortly, due to the advancing ice age. Highs next week may not get out of the 40s F.
Sun came out, temperature rose into the 50s F, so I got out and rode. More leaves down. The state tourism folks say that the southern stretch of coast has reached "peak color" now, with everything inland, north, and east "past peak." This doesn't mean all the fun is over -- we still have some trees that haven't started to turn.
