Date: 2007-09-13 06:15 pm (UTC)Are you a really fast cyclist? I don't have a point of reference - if I were riding my old ram's horn handlebar 10-speed Schwinn on flat ground, moving my legs (not coasting) but not pumping my 5' 11" self breathless, about how many miles per hour would I travel?
(Just curious - I'm not planning on holding you to this or anything :-) )

On the other hand, I often pass "occasional" cyclists. I'd guess they average more like 10 mph.
