Well, I've removed the last of the masking tape from the porch project.

Next time, we'll try to get a brand with adhesive bond that is lower than the tensile strength of the backer...

I once used masking tape that was sticky enough that the plaster came with it...

This was taking off some of the paint I had been _trying_ to protect.
