Mourning memories

I hope that Cutty Sark (ship, not booze) isn't damaged beyond repair.  Wrote a paper many years ago (don't ask how many) on her.

Judging from the BBC's latest story, a good chunk of her original materials had already been removed as part of her current restoration, and the damage didn't appear to be irreparable. Raising additional funds to repair the fire damage may be tough, though; the Cutty Sark Trust is still working on raising the twenty-five million pounds for the pre-fire restoration.
