Tuesday roadkill report

One dead muskrat curled up on the shoulder of the road, don't he look natural? Road shoulder in question looked more like woodchuck territory to _me_, highlands, grass, and forest, but maybe he'd left home looking for fun, travel, and adventure. That rarely turns out well.
Temperature made it into the upper 70s F, sun, so I hopped on the bike and pedaled out into it. And found more wind than was seemly. I hadn't ridden for a couple of weeks, with the interlude of plague and bad weather and all, so we'll see how badly this kicks my ass. I took my damned time about it, so maybe the payback won't be too severe.
Earlier, when I was out on the grocery run, had a mature bald eagle soar over the car at about 50' altitude, very clear view. Compensation?
