Just got back from an afternoon stroll around the neighborhood, in which various neighbors are not being neighborly. The Civic-Virtue count, measured by public sidewalks cleared by the landowner, seems low. Also C-V count as measured by the pooper-scooper rule.
Also, with sunshine and temperatures up near freezing, we have the freeze-thaw cycle, contributing sections of glare ice to the equation. Oh, well, it's nature's Zamboni for the ice rink in the park.
