A snare and a delusion

The sun shines. Blue sky, and all that. But if you stick your nose outside, you discover that the air temperature resides in the single numbers (F) and windchills sub-zero. If the groundhog crawls out of that burrow near the Nature Center on Friday, it's gonna get frostbite.

Possible light snow tonight/tomorrow, possible more on Friday. We've heard _that_ before. Offer the rube a chance at skiing and then snatch it away, that is. The pea isn't under _any_ of the shells.
