Got my walk in, no cat friends. Did encounter that mouthy mockingbird over on our old street. I think he was discussing boundaries with another mocker on the next street over. Also saw a probable eagle, low, but didn't get a definite ID and it didn't have a crow escort.

Eagles and crows hang out together?

Crows harass all predators. One way I've spotted eagles in the past has been following the noise of crows mobbing a perched enemy.
