I have not yet received my copy of November's LOCUS magazine, which allegedly contains Information Important To My Life. As in, a review of DRAGON'S TEETH.
Apparently that issue has traveled by turtle all throughout this great land, as Nice Agent Lady emailed news that _she_ had just seen it, with the following quote:
"Back in January, I discussed James Hetley's fantasy Dragon's Eye along with several other books that would make intelligent "beach reading," adventures with a certain cinematic flair and strong characterization that set them apart from mindless entertainment even as they thoroughly entertain.... The sense of psychological realism in Dragon's Teeth ultimately helps resolve important issues that the faster-paced first book had left hanging, as it deftly entwines the uncanny with what we tend to dismiss too blithely as the everyday."
And a congratulatory followup message from Nice Editor Lady sayeth that she hath seen it not.
