Not actually raining

Gray morning -- surprise, surprise. I guess the sunshine yesterday was an optical illusion, or psychotic delusion, or something.
(Actually, the clouds probably represent Friday's rain sucked back up into the sky by yesterday's sunshine. Recycling, you know, the world doesn't have an infinite supply of rain. Just seems like it.)
I should be writing on POWERS -- but I'm not. I'm currently pecking at a new setting, because of the overwhelming lack of enthusiasm the world is showing for either Fat Wizard or further Stonefort Stories. This business of having to _sell_ books once you have them written, published even, sorta sucks.

Do something unseasonal: go to Bar Harbor and talk to Kristen, or stand at the downtown pier and see how empty the harbor feels this time of the year.
Draw/design a fantasy perfect writing house.
Plan on coming back to writing sometime later later this week, maybe later next week, maybe next month... say give yourself 10 days with an enforced "no new fiction from these hands"...
Bake.
Take a break. Call it a winter vacation. Mean it.
