Winter returning

Air temperature 28 F, wind west gusting to 16 mph, cloudy. We got a couple of snow flurries overnight, just enough to leave white streaks on the road. Bare grass in the lawns and parks. Should be able to get a walk in, with no expectation of cat friends. Record low for the date -23 F, so we are getting off easy.
