Not blown to hell or Halifax

Air temperature 17 F, wind west gusting near 40 mph, sunny. We are declining --28 F when I got up this morning. About an inch of snow, starting from bare ground, and a line of tracks outside my office window. Haven't checked them out close up. Pattern looks like cat or fox. We have power.
