Air temperature 62 F, wind southeast 7 mph, cloudy. Not raining at this instant, but roads are wet. Supposed to be showers off and on all day, then heavy rain and wind from the remains of Philippe. Which the National Hurricane Center is no longer tracking. Clearing tomorrow.
