Temperatures in the mid 40s F overnight, some upper 30s, forecast of scattered frost up in The County* tonight. Music festival this weekend downtown -- some years, they've had the medical tent populated with heat exhaustion and dehydration cases. This year looks like the bugbear may be hypothermia?
