Tuesday roadkill report

jhetleyAdult porcupine by the side of the road about ten miles into my ride, reasonably intact but dead long enough that I could see flies buzzing around. Also, couple of gray squirrels, of which we have a surplus.
Nothing new in the way of flowers. Some nice galls on the stems of the early goldenrod, busy little bugs.
C-5 coming in for a landing as I pedaled along near the end of the runway, taking off again (or a different one) when I got around to my water break on the other side of the base.
Not hot, more wind than I'd like, got out on the bike again. Did not die.
