Have to say, the white clover in our lawn loves this weather. Green leaves, flourishing blossoms attracting the bees, much more attractive to our eyes than the monoculture lawn across the corner.

I always loved the clover, violets, dandelions, and such in our lawn back in the day (namely when I lived in the south suburbs of Chicago). That people wanted a swath of unvaried green is incomprehensible to me. Of course, living in the Inland Empire, having a lawn can't happen. It's too hot and dry. Hence, the artificial grass. It's so believable that we once saw a rabbit try to eat it and looked confused. (Funny!)

That was the same patch of our yard that had a coyote yipping on it, and Achilles sitting in the window meowing back at it. Of course, our pocket panther would be the one who saw it.
