Waking up muscles

Dug out the ski gear and did a couple of laps around the park, where someone had already set track. Didn't get out at all last winter, due to crappy weather and the tumult of our move. Probably .8 miles, plus/minus, as I was looping inside of the half mile circuit of the sidewalks. Did not die. We'll see what this ancient carcass thinks of the idea tomorrow.
