Compliance failure

Just spent some aggravation on removing the lid from a can of frozen orange juice concentrate -- plastic pull strap would not budge. Ended up using a can opener. A lot of people with hand or wrist issues never would have gotten that off.

Those things are the devil. Even before I had wrist issues, I hated them.
