Okay, we have Tropical Storm Bonnie moving through Central America, and Tropical Storm Colin in the US Carolinas. Who the hell passed up the chance for Tropical Storm Clyde instead of Colin at this point?

We clearly need to blame the folks at the World Meteorological Organization for their inadequate deference to American popular culture:
