Drove by the old house on an errand, saw something odd, and returned from said errand to check it out. The fixer-upper people have started on removal of the old garage, which was one of several reasons why we sold the place as-is with no inspection. As far as we could tell, that garage was built prior to 1930, on wood timber footings and with a wood floor . . .
