That is very much what I fear, and so better to deal with them abroad so that they don't come hunting me in my own country later.

I can't do a damn thing about the Wagner Group. I can influence our city council in some small measure.

My country's federal govt. is sending artillery to Ukraine to help with the Wagner Group problem. I'm good with that.

As for provincial and municipal affairs, I can work on those too right now. There's a provincial election this summer and a municipal election in October.
