Noticed on the local multi-list, a house that had been involved in numerous drug busts and a murder a couple of years back. Wonder what "full disclosure" on that listing looks like.
Once cleaned and checked out houses like that are a bargain for the next buyer.
Some of the possible damage - bullet holes with the lead still in the wall might be something that PBS's "This Old House" should consider in the future, but aside from that the property is usually considered "tainted" and sells at a terrific discount.
