Guess we didn't stock enough mice. Air temperature 7 F, wind northwest gusting to 25 mph, "feels like" -9 F under partly cloudy skies. Predawn jogger working her way around the park in the gathering light. Getting enough visibility that I think it's a woman demonstrating such fortitude. Or foolishness. Whatever.
