The city recreation PTBs insist that we _will_ hold our canoe race this weekend, come hell or low water. However, the TV channel has dumped their coverage in favor of Saturday cartoons, citing the lack of river-vulture fun watching spills at Six Mile Falls as novices try to run the rapids. A continuous series of folks hiking over the portage just doesn't have the same viewer draw...
Added words to SIGNATURES this morning, Fat Wizard discussing the future of Life, the Universe, and Everything with the Big Bad. Of course, he's discovering that shadowy Powers lurk behind the Big Bad. What? You thought I was going to let any protagonist of mine off that easily?
There will probably not be a bike ride today. Tomorrow may be possible.
