Not _quite_ one of those years when I can ski one weekend and bicycle the next, but close. Pumped up the tires on the mountain bike, found that they do, indeed, still hold air, and rode out around the cemetery and back. Stopped a few times on the way to adjust the seat -- forgot that Elder Son had the bike last year, and apparently wanted to sit lower.

Windy. Courted silicosis from the amount of winter dust stirred up by passing cars. Ruts, frost-heaves, and potholes represent a clear and present danger. But riding is good for my health, right?

6 miles +/-, 35 minutes

Oh Silicosis. Nothing like rock lung. yech.

Here's hoping biking remains good for your health. I look forward to buying a copy of a book about Fat Wizard.
