Thursday no flat tire report

jhetleyBirds-foot trefoil blooming, red and white clovers, phlox, and bedstraw. Black locusts dropping their flowers in drifts.
No roadkill. Couple of mockingbirds trilling, one by the police station and the other out at the Air Guard base. No interesting metal birds out there, although I got run over by a KC-135 on final approach.
Got out on the bike, across town and over and back. Windy, gusting over 20 mph. Did not die. Need to replace pedals -- bearings shot.
